Inter Kashi’s clinical finishing and relentless attacking pressure sealed a dominant 5-1 victory over Delhi FC in a thrilling encounter at their home ground, Kalyani Stadium, on December 1. Berlanga netted a hat trick in tonight’s match.
Inter Kashi delivered relentless attacking football in the opening 45 minutes of the game. The home side wasted no time asserting their intent, creating chances through their forward line. In the 15th minute, Johny Kauko passed the ball from midfield to Domi Berlanga on the left, who took a low shot toward the far post, but it was saved.
In the 20th minute, Berlanga made a run from the right and entered the box. The Delhi FC keeper came off his line to save the shot, but in a one-on-one situation, Berlanga took a low shot that went wide. It was a prime opportunity to take the lead. However, Kashi took the lead in the 32nd minute when Berlanga found himself in front of an empty net and calmly placed the ball into it.
