After consecutive point loses, Mohammedan SC secured their victory against Army Red today, at Mohammedan Sporting Club Ground with 3-1 score line. Today’s match and Mohammedan SC’s hero Israfil Dewan scored a brace and, helped his team to get back into the victory race.
At 23’rd minute Mohammedan SC got their first possible chance to open up their score line when, Adison delivered a cross into the box but Robinson Singh missed. At 32’nd minute Army got a set piece from the right wing, Alan Thapa took that set piece and delivered the ball into the box but Rahul Ramakrishnan couldn’t reach to the ball.
