At Mohammedan Sporting ground on 1st July, Kidderpore SC and Mohammedan SC has played their second match of CFL Premier Division 2024 season. The match between Kidderpore SC and Mohammedan SC ended up with 0-0 score line.
In the first half, nothing exciting happened for both of the teams. Mohammedan SC ended their first half with zero shot. Kidderpore started their match with attack, and played attacking football throughout the first half, they took four shots, but none of those were on target. At five minutes of the match Kidderpore SC got a set piece when Mohammedan SC’s midfielder Tanmoy Ghosh committed a foul to their forward Mahip Adhikary, but no results came from it.
At 14’th minute from the center of the field Kidderpore SC build up an attack and got the first corner of today’s match, Bariam took the set piece and pass it to their baller, Jakob and he shot the ball towards the post but goalkeeper saved the shot. At 37’th minute Kidderpore SC’s captain Prosenjit Chakraborty made a foul, Mohammedan SC got a free kick, Tanmoy Ghosh delivered an off-target ball.
In the second half, at 48’min Mohammedan SC got their first corner, Ashley Koly took a right footed inswing shot but, got cleared by the goalkeeper. Bamiya took the first shot for Mohammedan SC today, at 53’rd minute but it was off target and no changes came in to the score line. Within eight minutes Mohammedan build up a positive attack, in the right wing Sajal Bag passed the ball to the substitute player Adison but Kidderpore SC’s defender Suman Roy cleared the ball perfectly.
At 64’ minute substitute player Lalthankima placed the ball inside the box but Israfil couldn’t reach out to the ball, it was an outstanding pass and with it Mohammedan was made a possible goal scoring chance. Within four minutes Kidderpore SC started their attack substitute player Shibam Munda took an on target shot but failed to took the lead for his team.
Mohammedan SC got a corner at 80’th minute, Captain Tanmoy Ghosh delivered an incredible deep inswing shot but got saved by Kevin Koshy. Goalkeeper Subhajit Bhattacharjee saved a possible goal scoring header from Mahip Adhikary at 85’th minute and protect Mohammedan’s scoreboard from concede a goal. At 90+5’th minute Mahip Adhikary took a long ranger but failed to change the scoreboard.
Kidderpore SC’s defender Suman Roy played very responsible game throughout the match. At 53’rd minute of the match Lalthankima came to that field and played very eye-catching game for Mohammedan SC. Not a single goal scored today for both of the teams. Mohammedan SC’s Captain Tanmoy Ghosh lead his team very well today, he got the Man of the match award today.
